Thank you for that information; that answers my question. Now we just have to wait for the outcome and I hope it turns out well.

Coopersview, Please do at least your "Google Search" before replying...Thanks.

IBM Corp. announced today that it will voluntarily comply with an informal investigation by the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Taser International Inc. late Thursday announced it has received an informal inquiry letter from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Allied Capital Reaches Settlement with SEC; Informal Investigation Closed.

--------------

If it turns out that the staff's initial suspicions do not warrant further review, the MUI can be terminated easily, but if this is not done within 60 days the SEC's computerized case tracking system automatically escalates the MUI to the status of an "informal investigation." At this point, private counsel usually advises the affected company that the informal investigation must be publicly disclosed -- with adverse consequences for the company's stock price--even though it may not have been based on any more information, or on any greater SEC staff consideration, than the original news article, complaint or tip that stimulated the MUI. It is important to note, however, that although the approval of a senior enforcement division official was necessary to open a MUI, no approval is necessary for a MUI to roll over into an informal investigation. Thus, informal investigations can be, and often are, opened without ever being touched by human hands; what started as a quick look for a potential violation has now become a disclosure item for the affected public company.

However, if the informal investigation now underway does not turn up violations of law or related SEC regulations, the line attorney who originally opened the MUI must spend a lot of time to terminate it--including an extensive closing memorandum that includes such things as summaries of witness interviews and recorded testimony. The line attorney has little incentive to do this promptly, so that the investigation may linger on the shelf for months, or sometimes years, while the attorney who initiated it pursues cases more likely to be productive and career-enhancing. Thus, in effect, although an investigation may have been abandoned, the company involved may not have been so advised. In fact, the enforcement division's policy is not to advise companies concerning the termination of informal investigations--apparently for fear that the company or others will cite the termination notice as proof that they are law-abiding. It seems that no one is good enough to deserve that modest honorific.

You're very Welcome Money, Thank you! for this opportunity.

Thanks Moboking for providing such information. I really appreciate it as I am not a member of CEP trust (never liked payment processors that are new in the payment processor industry).

Coopersview, you forgot also the "hospital" word? :p

Hi Moboking,

The wording on “The safe guard system” is identical to the wording from Planet Trust.
Why all of a sudden this “safe guard system” from C88 and Planet Trust? They both came up with the same new idea, didn’t they?

“Now about C88 this go nothing to do with PT, since PT stop TAdz also, and same have happens to all the other Amins with more than one site, now with CEP this in NOT the case, CEPCoast is better than ever, that’s a BIG difference there.”

I am sorry but here you are smacking your own face with your own illogical statement.

It makes sense when an admin has more than one sites, all his sites would be affected when there is problem. I can see all Jack’s sites are going downhill to rock bottom.

The abnormal thing about CEP Group is why “CEPcoast is better than ever”, EXACTLY in your own words!! Like I said above because it is nothing but show!!

Both CEPCoast and C88 are profit sharing sites. The daily ROI depends on members’ new spends. The % dropped drastically because of panic from members after CEP Trust stopped e-gold transactions (Trevor even announced that the ones that were pending would be considered lost). But why CEPCoast is not affected? It just does not add up!!

“ …….please bear in mind that you will NOT find anything about CEP and the SEC on the SEC site because the investigation is “informal””

I really wonder if there is such thing as “informal investigation” by SEC. (May be these people have too much time and tax payers’ money to spend.) OK I assume there is such thing as “informal”, then why would Trevor announce it so early and right away freeze all CEP accounts? He couldn’t wait for the formal one, could he?

Moboking: if you can get hold of a copy of the e-mail from SEC to show us, (just take out the member’s name), then I would admit that Trevor is clean.

Talking about coincidence, when an admin decides to call it quit, all kinds of weird things could happen at the same time. The most popular stories are about script issue and e-gold account blocked or even fall off a bicycle. LOL!

This are the answers as per the NewsCast:

NewsCast #6

Jorge: Yeah, we got to wait. Ok, that leads me to another question here Skye. The last update for C88 was, you know some members got confused so they keep asking, why the percentage went down the first day, I mean May 18th was 1.14%. Why, why that happened?

Skye: Even though the public announcement went out to members on the 18th, some members were aware on the 17th. These members knew that they would not be able to make any purchases in CEP which in turned caused slight panic, and we all know what happens when one person panics and tells the next person and so and so on, I mean the word of mouth just goes fast. CEP closed all means of upgrades on the 17th, late in the day when they found out about the investigations. They could not at that time explain exactly what had happened, but it was evident on the 17th to those members who tried to make deposits that some type of change had been made. This in turn is likely what caused the hesitation for some members in Coastin88 and CEPCoast.

NewsCast #7

Jorge: We too, same from us. Well, we have more questions than last week, that’s a good sign. We’re going to get started with Skye and you know, how, you know we’re going to talk about how CEP Coast recovered so fast and what happened with C88, why is taking so much longer?

Skye: CEP Coast was able to rebound faster mostly because it had a fewer number of active ad packs. Coastin88 has many more active ad packs than Coast. However, we are starting to see the percent rise at 88, and this will continue to happen until it reaches a nice percent and finally stabilizes, just as Coast has.

This is how the our newscast works:

Members post their questions on the CEP, CEPCoast and Coastin88 forums, which are later gathered (the same week the newscast will be on) and sent to the Admins, who answer them through Pamela and Skye.

So you actually are reading the admins answer.
