Q. Thank you for the time you are giving for this interview. Please introduce yourself to our readers and tell us more about your team.
Hello, my name is Martin Turney and I am one of the Partners & Vice President of Operations with RoyVest International. RoyVest International consists of a senior management team with in excess of 40 years experience in the financial industry. I will outline the 3 Managing Partners below:
Dwayne Roy - Partner & CEO RoyVest International
Dwayne leads the efforts for RoyVest International, and has been an active member of the investment industry for the past 12 years. Dwayne has served in many capacities over the last year including Group President, President and CEO, General Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Service for some major players in the investment field; in the private sector, public sector and for Fortune 500 Companies. During previous employment tenures, Dwayne has had the responsibility of overseeing the acquisition and integration of several significant portfolios of investments. With his superior leadership, focus, direction and desire to succeed, Dwayne will lead RoyVest International to achieve targets consistently, over time. Dwayne holds a Bachelors of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, as well as an (MBA) Masters of Business Administration.
Kathy Reid-Saulnier - Partner, CFO & Senior Investment Advisor
Kathy brings more than 20 years experience in the finance, investment banking and mergers & acquisitions to her post. Kathy has retired from her previous post with one of the leading local Fortune 500 financial investment firms. During her retirement, she had realized that she still has a huge desire to be involved in the investment industry, and when presented with the opportunity to join RoyVest International, she eagerly accepted without hesitation. Past positions for Kathy include CFO, Senior Equity Advisor, General Manager, Investment Banker and Investment Analyst; which is a long road from her early beginnings as an investment advisor at a local private equity firm. Kathy holds her Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree along with her MBA.
Martin Turney - Partner & Vice President of Operations
Martin is a Senior Investment and Operations professional. Prior to joining RoyVest International, Martin has held some significant posts including Group Vice President for a Fortune 10 company. He standardized systems and processes thereby reducing the workforce by 30%. He increased quality by 20% an expanded capacity so as to reduce cycle time by half. He used his exceptional outsourcing, analytical skills and negotiation skills, as well as careful control of current issues to accomplish success in the significant functions. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as an MBA.

Q. Please explain more about your program.
RoyVest International is private investment program which holds investment portfolios with major investment firms globally in efforts of attaining consistent returns on our clients investment funds. These returns are attained through the successful trading in the Foreign Exchange (ForEx) Market, Stocks, Stocks on Margin (CFD’s), Futures Markets, Commodities, Precious Metals, Insurance Products, Real Estate and Fixed Income Products. RoyVest International is headed by a Senior Management Team and Partners who, through educational training, continued training and solid industry experience, are able to offer our members opportunities, which are second to none. Our portfolio fluctuates on a daily basis based on the results of the previous days trades. This is done to ensure that we are placing more focus on areas where we are gaining more returns, and pulling out of areas where the returns are not as favorable. However, we do continue to ensure that 20% of our daily returns are placed in the security fund. We handle our trades through a couple of different companies which process trades on our behalf, based on our mutual agreement. Our Senior Management Team meets with our retained traders on a daily basis to ensure our focus continues to be where it is needed. We utilize this method as it provides us with the best of both worlds. We have the ability to provide 100% of our time to the full analysis of the changing trends in the industry while having our dedicated traders place strategic trades based on our recommendations.
Q. The program has been online since November. How do you evaluate its progress so far? What made you introduce some changes to the program?
Well, our philosophy is “Change is Good”! We understand that in order to be at the top of any industry, you must adapt to change. Change is one of the things which makes the financial industry continue to function. Through constant analysis, we are able to stay current with the trends and adapt at a moment’s notice to position ourselves to reap the benefits which the change will potentially bring. We have made many changes to our program since our online launch to allow us to continue to be competative within the market, and to begin to climb up the ladder of success in the field.
Q. Concerning the first part of the question, how do you evaluate the progress of your program so far?
Our progress has been steady to date. We do understand that there needs to be more of a focus placed on the marketing aspect and have been in consultation with a few marketing companies to assist us in that area, which will provide us with significant growth over the next quarter. But to sum it up, we are satisfied with our progress to date, but realize that progress and growth are areas which need to increase.
Q. What are your plans to further promote it?
We are looking at this from a few different angles. While we have taken on the monitoring websites in the beginning, we do understand that these types of “monitoring sites” are not truly what we need to grow our business. As such, we have been laising with a couple of marketing companies which specialize in online marketing to assist us. Our plans are to promote our company through certified email campaigns, through targeted advertising traffic campaigns, and most importantly, through our membership base. We are customer focused and have had many requests for some additional referral contests, and have also looked at that option. We believe that through our members, we have the best chance to succeed in the growth phases.
Q. On your main page, it is mentioned that you operate in five major centers globally. Please tell us about the locations of these centers and the nature of your offline business.
Well, the nature of our offline business consists basically of that in the areas of investments, insurance products, and real estate as the big three. We have offices in Belize, New York, Texas, California and our office here in Canada.
Q. Your company was established in 2001, what made you move to online business and open a HYIP?
We are in business to grow, expand and continually provide our services and offerings to a vast array of clients. When we began with the financial portion of our company, we were limited to servicing customers locally only. Understanding that we were looking to grow, we turned our focus to the single most beneficial means of growth today; ‘The Internet’. Coming online provided us with the opportunity to grow substantially, and truly be able to offer our services both on a local, and on a global scale.
Q. How is RoyVest different from other HYIP programs? How do you intend to gain users trust?
I think the main thing that sets us apart from most of the other programs on the internet is the fact that we are a real company, an entity which legally operates in this industry. Secondly, our staff’s experience in the industry is second to nonw which provides many years of seasoned knowledge and experience. As far as how we intend to gain trust, we will continually provide our customers with the level of service which should be expected on a customer service level, and the single most important factor in us gaining trust will be to continually provide our members with the returns as stated on our website, and to provide them with prompt payouts as stated.
Q. We have read that you are a registered company. Can we have access to any registration documents? Can users visit your company?
Yes indeed. We will be more than happy to provide you with documents which will act as proof of our legality. This will have to be requested through our administrative staff who will, upon return of our standard Confidentiality Agreement will provide the necessary documentation. As far as having members visit our company, we would certainly welcome visits which will have to be arranged with our administrative staff as well.

Q. Many people raise doubts when they hear a program does true investments. So, I have a two part question. First, please supply the names of some of the major investment firms you hold portfolios with. Second, could you provide us with records of your investments?
We utilize the services of Ramey Investments Inc. and Dundee Private Investors Inc. to place our trades. Yes, we are able to provide records of our investments which are placed by those firms.
Q. Can these records be published?
No, for security reasons, we request that these records not be made public. As far as requesting these records, the same Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements will need to be signed and returned prior to their release.
Q. Many experts criticize real investment companies that provide sign up bonuses and describe this as an unprofessional approach for a well-established company. How do you respond?
Well, as far as our sign up bonus goes, it is a perk which we offer in efforts of growing our business. Also, since we do gain a lot of our members through our current members referral efforts, we feel that we should provide them with tools to assist in their efforts. Look at it as an incentive for new members, and an aid to assist our current members gain referrals.
Q. How long do you intend to stay online? What are your future plans?
Not quite sure what you are looking for here, but as with most companies that we know, associate with and have any type of relations with, we have no plan of going out of business. We are in business to grow, expand and continually provide our services and offerings to a vast array of clients both on a local, and international scale.
Q. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Q. What do you think of eTalk Network in general, and eTalkMoney.com in specific?
Well, having only been introduced to the website today, and not having much time to familiarize myself with your site and offerings, I think it is a very interesting site and concept.

As an investor in Royvest International, I would like Mr. Tunney’s response to the following questions and concerns.
1) Why did you allow an e-gold account blockage to completely derail your on-line program?
2) Why has customer service been non-existent for several weeks now? Why no response whatsoever to more than a dozen support tickets and e-mails?
3) Why is the 1-800 number “temporarily suspended?”
4) Why have there been no forum updates for more than two weeks?
5) Why are the forum and rateus pages on the site disabled?
You stated that Royvest is a legitimate company — quote — “I think the main thing that sets us apart from most of the other programs on the internet is the fact that we are a real company, an entity which legally operates in this industry. I am here to tell you that your customer service has succeeded in destroying all trust and you are not paying out promptly at all.

We hope that Mr Tunney’s come here but is difficult because we emailed them long time ago about an issue that one of our reader’s asked.
We believe that they are scammers long time ago.

What makes me even more upset is that the very professional looking website is still accruing my interest everyday — at least very few deposits are being made — gets me how these so called professional people like Dwayne Roy can put their own name on a program then allow such blatant behavior.
Response please, Mr. Tunney
