Type: AutoSurf
Name: Matthew
Interview Date: 04/06/2006
Q. Please introduce yourself, and tell us how long you’ve been in the autosurf industry?
A. My name is Matthew, and I am from the United States. I have been in the AutoSurfing industry passively since August of 2005, but actively since December 2005. My partner, Melanie, from Germany has been in this industry since mid - 2005.
Q. How did Lunar Surfing start? Whose idea was to start an autosurf?
A. Melanie and I met approximately two or three months ago in an online investment forum. We both became acquainted, and were looking into various investment programs. Melanie herself had already run an honest, successful HYIP, which many know as JointVenture4Gold, and JointVenture4Future. After talking, we decided to go into a more stable, long term program, where we could help more people over an extended period of time.
Q. Lunar Surfing is a ponzi scheme? Explain it
A. LunarSurfing is not an ponzi scheme. We are a company based around our members, not their money. We invest in a variety of venues, such as Private Investment Groups, Autosurfing, and Advertising through means like Adwords and Adbrite.
Q. How strong is your Marketing plan in Lunar Surfing?
A. Well, as we are brand new, we are not completely sure of the extent of our advertising. To us, advertising is very important. We have recently spent several hundred dollars on monitoring, and will eventually broaden our horizon to buying more prevalent ad space.
Time will tell for us, but we plan on having an extensive advertising campaign.
Q. How secure is your website/program?
A. Melanie and I take the security of our members very seriously. We always backup and monitor out databases, check any incoming deposits, no matter how small, and we have a very strong DDOS Protection, that has been all set up through our datacenter.
We do not tolerate any harmful websites or cheating, and resolve any issues promptly.
Q. What kind of support are you offering for your members?
A. Currently, we offer forum support on MoneyMakerGroup, DreamTeamMoney, and our own forum. We also have email support via our “Contact Us” button. Melanie and I are also in the process of implementing an innovative way of Customer Service. We will be hosting Live Yahoo Support Conferences for any of our members to attend. There, they can voice their opinions, ask questions, and simply be heard and understood.
Q. What is your goal with this autosurf program?
A. Our goal is to build up a long term, honest, stable AutoSurf. We strive for excellence, and would like to be as honest as we can, and giving our members the best experience possible, with top notch Customer Support.
Q. Can you explain more about your Autosurf program (plans…) for newbie’s in this field?
A. Our program offers a variety of ways for our members to advertise. Free members are able to view sites, and advertise one, but with limited opportunities. Upgraded members can advertise one, in exchange for receiving 9% commission daily for 14 days. We have banner space, E-Mail Endorsements, and Featured Sites for sale, which any member is free to purchase.
Q. Are you considering about Manual Surfing and not Auto Surfing?
A. No, we are not at the time. We feel that members prefer Auto Surfing, and that it would be almost contradictory to have a Manual AutoSurf.
Q. What you think about eTalkMoney.com? Are you considering to purchase our advertising packages?
A. My partner and I are new to eTalkMoney.com, so we are not too familiar with it. We will definitely look into it, and update you, after we have had sufficient time to do our research.
Thanks for taking the time for this - I appreciate it.
