Q: First of all please introduce yourself

A. My name is Michael Sotto, aka Mike, and i am the administrator of the online branch of the well known Forex United Company. I am responsible for all the online operations of this company, which started to offer their services to online investors this year, operating in the Forex Market accepting funds and returning results via e-gold. As the administrator of the site, i am responsible to manage the funds from e-gold to the brokerage accounts, watch the results, report it, receive the returns back in e-gold and distribute to the investors. Also, i provide online support via email and phone, if requested and for the marketing stuffs.

Q. Can you talk more about Albert Albers?

A. Patrick is a ‘ wise man ‘. This means that he knows almost everything about making money with investments, say forex or stocks. He’s working with it for 25 years! as i remember. After he made fortune for the companies he worked for, he decided to open his own company, which is operating funds from third parts since 1995. Forex-United.com is recent and a revolutionary idea. As one day the owner of e-gold thought that his system could make a big difference for the electronic world and be used for many different businesses, Forex-United.com is a great example of it.

Q. Can you tell us more about Forex United? How it works?

A. It’s a simple concept. The funds from investors are collected in e-gold, then we send it to our brokerage accounts and the funds are distributed in three different trading accounts managed by two traders each. Those traders were hardly tested and the performance was great. After we got stability from these accounts, the opportunity was offered to the public. We trade with the GTS platform; which allows us to work with variable leverage and fixed spreads, making the trading much more safe and profitable. At the end of each week, after we close the most positions we opened, we get the final result for Friday and the total result for that week. Then i must wait the receipt of the funds in e-gold and we process all payments of returns to the investors. Without e-gold, it would not be possible.

Q. What kind of support are you offering for your members? Are they allowed to call you?

A. We used to provide public phone support but we had to remove it from the site due to the excessive number of calls we were receiving daily, which was prejudicing the business. People used to call to ask questions that were answered in the website. Today, we offer email support and we try to answer emails immediately. It’s possible to call me, but only if requested via email and only for important matters.

Q: Could you tell us about Forex United team? How many people are there in it? Who are they?

A. There are four people here in the office from where we operate the site. There are two webmasters, one secretary and me. There are six traders who are in different countries.

Q: Is Forex United a licensed business? If so, where is your company registered?

A. The company is registered and off shored in Nevis. We don’t have any affiliation and not regulated by NFA or SEC.

Q. What makes your program interesting to investors?

A. Simple. We offer many exclusive features to our investors. The pooled managed accounts were highly tested before put available to the public, so there’s a guarantee of stability and safety. For traders, we introduce them to the GTS platform, which allow them to work with the most reliable gateway to trade today, with variable leverage and fixed spreads. It’s simply the same platform we use. To the small investor, the opportunity to invest in the Forex Market without having trading knowledge and without spend 10k or more to open a single managed account, but with the same or higher returns. We offer quality in investments. It’s our prime goal.

Q. What security features are implemented on Forex United website?

A. The system is original and was specially developed for Forex United, under our full supervision. The script is impossible to hack the databases are protected; the servers are hardware firewalled and protected against DDos. Also, the site counts with SSL 128 bits encryption and all transactions are handled directly with the e-gold website, which is very secure.

Q: lately, we have saw many members that got hacked their egold account…What about the security that you are applying Forex United egold account? And also what about if an investor got their egold account hacked what they should do?

A. It’s a shame. In most cases, when a investor gets his e-gold account hacked, it’s because of security holes, maybe in his computer, maybe when transferring funds from and to dishonest sites. As our system is safe and programmed keeping in mind that we would deal with transfer of funds made electronically, its hacker safe, and impossible to be corrupted. If an investor loses his account for some reason, he must contact us immediately so we will take the needed actions to avoid losses.
