Name: Paul Vivenzio

Interview Date: March 2, 2007
Program Type: Autosurf

1. Congratulations on the relaunch. How has the member response been so far?

Yes it was amazing. I know my members trust me, but I never thought that
all Club4elite members will assume round one closing so easy and quite.
Everyone was insightful and supported my move. I remember only one member
who showed dissatisfaction, but even he doesn’t cursing me.
Everyone was waiting for re-launch and in first day there was good
responsiveness – a lot of upgrades and a lot of applied for refunds. Now
everyone is waiting for refunds and payouts.

2. What have you learned from this industry since our first interview
to this day?

Well, as a member i’m in this industry quite long and there wasn’t any
unexpected event (except with e-gold).
I learned that in this industry it is possible to establish members trust
and real support.

3. The changes you introduced to Club4Elite during the first round
reflected existing problems, as many observers said. What status was
Club4Elite in when you decided to stop the first round? Why did you
decide to stop?

As I said, changes were introduced before problems and they helped to skip
them.
If you ask why we decided to stop Club4elite first round, then, we stop
because of three reasons, first one was event with e-gold (after solving
we was 5 days back in payouts), then we had problems with hosting and it
caused problems in database and the last one was that we couldnt solve
problems with database because we couldnt open it (there was problems with
previous hosting provider). And all this slowed down incoming spends and I
decided to stop Club4elite before fund reserves drain out. Its better to
refund all not continue to pay with profits only few members.
Btw. Stopping round in definite fund level to refund is in our business plan.

4. Why weren’t you able to unfreeze your previous egold account? Were
there any problems with the information you supplied to egold?

Yes, as it was said, I had random digits in phone number. When I made
account I didn’t know its so relevant information to e-gold. All I can say
is that from mistakes learn. This event with e-gold was the only one what
surprised me in round one.

5. You have been criticized for not starting the refund process prior
to the relaunch, as you claim the funds are at a 75% level. You have
provided your explanation in your blog. So, I will be asking about
these reasons. First, you have already announced that you will be
issuing refunds without the need to email the users. Besides, you
could check yourself who should be refunded and issue the refunds.
What have you got to say in this concern?

Actually in first days after round one closing we made audit and I know
exactly how much I have to refund. Why I didn’t refund just after audit?
That question is already answered in my blog.

6. Second, you talk about gaining popularity through the refund
process. Can we assume here that you have learned from ManicAds and
DesertSkyMarketing and decided to close, relaunch and refund to gain
further popularity?

First of all, I’m not following whats happening in those programs. And I
don’t know what they are doing or did in the past. Second, I never was
speaking about gaining popularity through refund process. I said that
publicity (not popularity) its better to receive when site is online not
offline.

7. Third, will some of the old Club4Elite members be paid from the
money deposited by new users?

Yes, of course. In round one we had a lot of members in profit. Right now
we have funds from round one to pay more or less 75% from members (it
depends how much will apply for refunds). Members in refund step two will
receive refunds from round two money.

8. We have seen many programs that closed before and came back later
on with promises of refunds that were just attempts to bring in more
money. How do you intend to convince the users of your true
intentions?

Actually I don’t need to convince anyone. Also its not necessary to
upgrade in round two to receive refund from round one.

9. Will Club4Elite continue to run as a Ponzi Scheme or will you be
introducing some sort of investment?

We are thinking about other sort of incomes, but anyway they will not
cover all provided returns. Autosurf is good place where to promote other
earning potentialities.

10. What measures were implemented to avoid the problems that were
encountered in the first round? What new features were added?

We have changed hosting company.

11. In the first interview, you mentioned you were legalizing your
business. How much did you progress with this issue?

Yes we still have this plan, but to do it we need a lot of money in
reserves (more then half of total upgrades we had in round one). The most
important to accomplish this goal is to stop rounds always on time on 75%
level.

12. Many good programs have been launched recently and are gaining
great popularity. How do you intend to face the fierce competition?

Yes, I know there are a lot of new popular sites. I have members who are
monitoring industry and informing me about significant events in industry.
Its good. We need stable industry with few leader sites. All I have to
achieve is to be one of them.
But its very hard to measure how good program is. Even if admin is popular
blogger. See Newdawnarising case.

13. What do you promise the users in this round?

To work with performance like I did in first round.

14. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Yes, don’t forget that this industry is game, like casino. There are only
two differences. First, here is larger possibility to win and, second,
here you need brains to win. Play smart and choose where to invest.
