Q. First of all Introduce yourself

Hello, my name is Alex, I’m live in Ukraine and work in Internet technologies, E-commerce and Programming industry about 5 years since 2002 year. I’m co-owner of few website, one of these sites is Allchange.biz

Q. Could you tell us more about Allchange.biz?

Allchange.biz has been started in 2006 year, we give to people worldwide opportunity to make payments anywhere on the web without their own credit cards. We sell prepaid Visa cards, which can be bought with
E-gold and Webmoney.

Q. Allchange.biz is backed up with a real bank? Can you explain more about it?

Yes, our card issued by real bank in United States, we only resell cards from our partners, which placed in US and has agreements with bank. We can give to our customers bank phone, phisycal address, website if they need it.

Q. Why did you decide to create Allchange.biz? Tell us the history of your company

When Allchange.biz was opened, we do exchange e-gold and webmoney to paypal, make payments to auctions, hosting etc., but we decide what virtual prepaid visa is optimal tool to pay anywhere on the web!

Q. Is allchange expanding other methods to be able to buy virtual credit cards?

Yes, we think to add few payment systems to our shop script, such Pecunix, Liberty reserve, maybe Western Union.

Q. Many people are interested to buy virtual credit card to verify their paypal account. Can you explain step by step on how to do it with Allchange.biz?

Virtual visa isn’t better way to register paypal account, I think people must open paypal account with their own credit/debit card. We can give full statement, which is need to register in this system upon request with additional fee.

Q. What is the maximum virtual credit card that we can order? why?

Maximum amount or quantity ? Max amount is $500, quantity not limited! Why only $500? Becouse is bank decision, not our.

Q. Some merchants accounts needs full credit card information like name, address, city, etc.. Do you have any solution? Explain.

Cards is non-personalized and can be used with any address, but some high-risk merchants make AVS check and cards need to be registered at our site with american address.

Q. Can you tell eTalkMoney readers what are all the fees?

First, card issue fee is included in card price, after year of using bank will charge $2.50 in month. Image of card (scanned copy) cost $3, we give it upon customer request. Full statement is cost $10.

Q. Can you explain more about “Card Registration”?

After registration the card will be accepted by majority sellers, it is especially effective in case when seller billing not set upped on
accepting payments from gift cards and you live outside USA, or in case when merchant is not familiar with visa gift cards in general

Q. Did you test yourself some merchant accounts with your virtual credit card? example: 2checkout, ibill, etc..

No, we didn’t has resources and time to try card and all merchants, if we know some about , we can tell upon customer service request.

Q. Can you explain more about the “Partnership”?

Currently we are tested our affiliate program, anyone can place register, place partner link on website and start earn money with us. We pay commission when affiliate balance reach 10$.
