Interview Date: February 10, 2007

Program Type: HYIP

1. First of all, we would like to thank you for this interview prior to launching your program. Although you are one of the well-known people in this industry, could you please introduce yourself to our readers, and shed some light on your experience in the industry?

The interview is my pleasure, and I thank you for the welcome and will gladly introduce myself to everyone that is taking the time to read through this. I’ve been active in the online money making arena since 2005 and have posted at various boards until I finally decided late last summer to start my own forum community, eMarketCafe.com, based on some ideals I firmly believe in. The community has grown wonderfully in its short time online so far, and has allowed me to keep in touch and maintain contacts I have developed through the course of my participation in the arena. I have seen sites, trends, and so on come and go, too many to really go through in detail here, except to say that everything has come with lessons learned that apply to the future direction of where things will go

2. The program will be put first in a “preliminary adjustment period”. What is the aim of such a stage?

The preliminary adjustment period is established so everyone gets acquainted with how earnings are received in the cycle, how referrals will work, how cashouts and payouts will work, etc. In this manner, members wont be permitted to spend large amounts all at once from the beginning, only to freak out as is the case with many other sites because members jump in not understanding the terms and how payouts work. There will be a cap on spends that will gradually be increased during the first few weeks. Its best to establish a solid understanding of all of these things from the beginning, instead of working it all out after the fact. If the initial group of members understands clearly the important aspects of the program’s operation, then they will be able to answer questions for new members that join later and greatly help in assisting in support indirectly.

3. Please explain more about your program its basic features. (maybe also the URL of the program ;) )

Everything you need to know is explained on the program website, which you can find here: http://www.newdawnarising.com
The name of the program remained confidential until the launch; obviously, to ensure that no one signed up before everything was finalized in terms of script testing and site design.

4. To what extent do you depend on your established reputation for the success of your program?

To be honest, my goal is to be as straightforward as I possibly can with members. People that have known me for a long time realize that about me but others might not. Im not depending on a ‘semi-god’ status to achieve any success with NewDawnArising. I am human just like anyone else. In fact, I will never refer to myself as a CEO, Executive, or whatever when it comes to the management of the site. One of the problems that the moneymaking arena has suffered from is the ‘gap’ between admins and members; many admins assume an unapproachable, “im too important to be bothered” kind of status and its not helping their sites in any way, shape, or form. Members can find me at the home forum and I don’t have anyone else doing the talking for me. While I expect to see members helping each other out as best as they can, and may have help in support, I am still reachable and will do my best to make sure that communication remains a solid part of the operation.

5. Going through the program’s thread in eMarket Cafe, we have sensed a great sense of support which was combined with some fear of external attempts to destroy this project. Being in this industry for a long period of time, how well are you prepared to face such obstacles? What measures will be implemented to protect this program from hit-and-runners, DDoS attacks, attempts to block the e-gold account….?

Every site can expect to run into obstacles. Anticipating those obstacles before launch, and doing ones best to address them prior to their occurrence is the most that can be asked of any admin. NDA is hosted on a dedicated server with DDOS and firewall protection; the host is accepting of sites of this nature and I confirmed this with their client support prior to purchasing and securing the server weeks ago. Hit and runs will be limited thanks to the daily deposit cap on spends. The arena at this point has far greater issues to be concerned with then admins trying to run a decent program to offer people a place to test their luck with their money, knowing full well the possibility of a loss beforehand. This has all too often been the case with sites coming and going, and its one of the reasons that ive been compelled of late to propose what I have and why im moving forward in that regard. NewDawnArising is a program that hopes to offer members some fun without promising you the world and more like other sites might do. We make no guarantees, but that’s how the money-making arena works, and any site offering you guarantees would only be insulting your intelligence.

6. Will your program be a Ponzi Scheme? If not, what sources do you have to feed the pool?

Advertising sales on the support forum as well as on the site itself through a PTC advertiser area will offer much more than what other sites might have in terms of an alternate source of funds to contribute to the pool to pay members, so while the site does require a team effort and obviously will live up to its full potential through extensive promotion efforts and membership growth, we do have a bit of a cushion to fall back on to the extent that it is possible. Obviously, I wont be raising the banner prices on the support forum to a couple thousand a slot *and never will, unless it comes to the point where it costs a couple thousand to pay for the server each month, which I doubt will ever be likely considering dedicated servers as stand alone machines and decked out to their full potential dont cost more than several hundred a month to maintain*, but I expect that the forum membership will grow as the program takes its course, and likewise advertising revenue will be more substantive.

7. What is the role of each of the members and the admin in the success of this program?

NewDawnArising is a team effort, where the members have a stake and truly are the backbone behind its success. Its growth depends on the promotion efforts and support of everyone here on eMarketCafe and elsewhere that is interested in taking part. Members are rewarded for their efforts, through a referral incentive program that pays on up to three levels.

8. Will you add monitors to your program? Why or why not?

Select monitors will be added to the Forum and Rankings page on the NDA site. However, I will not be adding hundreds of monitor buttons so I kindly ask that all monitors in advance do not contact me requesting to be added to the page.

9. You speak of “member classification as per the rewarding of referral commission”. Could you please explain more about the referral system you are adopting?

Sure. Free members will receive a 0.5% referral commission on first level referrals. Active members are those with active spends up to 49 USD. They will receive 1% referral commission on three levels. VIP members are those with active spends from 50 USD to 500 USD. They receive a 2% referral commission on three levels. PRO members are those with active spends above 500 USD. They receive a 3% referral commission on three levels.

10. Being the owner of eMarket Cafe, why did you decide to open a forum? Do you believe forums are still performing the aims they exist for?

Communication is an everyday part of life. Language and expression are perhaps the key variables to success or failure in anything that one pursues in this journey on earth that we are all progressing upon as human beings. This holds true regardless of your culture or nationality, a common denominator so to speak that bonds us all no matter our differences.
There are many forums online that offer you the chance to discuss various topics of interest. I decided to establish eMarketCafe.com because in my time online, having frequented many sites, i’ve grown fond of many people and can honestly say that I can consider some close friends and colleagues. This forum will maintain that friendship and sense of community. I feel that in many cases, forum admins/mods become disconnected from their communities as time passes and the membership grows. I will not allow this to be the case at eMC; I view myself as a member and active participant in the discussion, and not as a semi-god whose sole purpose is to issue warnings. I expect that members will be mature and respectful towards each other, and they too can expect that from myself and those that may assist in the everyday maintenance of the board as it grows.
Money makes the world go round, and I understand that, and im sure that you do as well. The money-making arena online may seem daunting at first, but after time and experience you will become better informed, and eMC will help facilitate that.
I view the members that register at eMC as part of a community, and I hope that in recognizing that, everyone will offer respect and understanding towards each other. There will be no insults, ganging up on other members, and so forth tolerated here at this forum. I understand that especially with regards to the discussion of Contemporary Money Making Programs online, frustration and anger is expected if a program fails to deliver on payments, etc. However, let us not transform that disappointment into backlash against others. Recognize the fact that you are responsible for your own actions, and where and how much you spend of your money is your own decision, and no one else can be held responsible for that.
So at eMarketCafe, just as the name of the forum suggests, you are a guest of a virtual cafe. A cafe with many corners, where you are free to talk about a diverse array of subjects. Though the primary topic of this forum is money making online, you are offered the freedom to post about your favorite movie for example, or current events in the news as well. Its all here, something for everyone, and I thank you sincerely for taking the time to read this overview of what the forum means to me, and hope that you will join the eMC community and make visiting it a part of your every day routine online.

11. What do you think should be done to rebuild the users’ trust in this industry?

First and foremost, the admin/member relationship needs to be emphasized. Admins cannot view themselves as ‘above and beyond’ their members; likewise, members need to be accepting of the fact that sometimes sites go through issues and that patience isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Collectively, the perception of what programs are capable of also needs to change. As a whole, we do not earn more if we jump into sites that offer considerably high returns in a short time frame, only to then stop promoting and continuing with the sites once we are paid. The 50/50 rule is not a long-term solution that is attractive to many either. Other incentives to stay active in programs need to be offered, and admins should be creative in what they offer and how they plan on delivering where others might have ignored.

12. What do think you of eTalk Network, in general, and eTalkMoney.com?

I have known Carlos for nearly a year and believe he is a hard working and dedicated individual committed to the goals of his sites and dispersing information as it is relevant to the online money making world. I respect the eTalk Network and family of sites and look forward to working together in the near and distant future to ensure that members across the board are kept informed regarding the happenings in this arena, and whatever else may await.

13. Finally, we would like to thank you for the time you have given to this rather long interview. Is there anything else you would like to add?

I think my dragged out responses above pretty much sum it all up. If anyone has any further questions or concerns, I ask you to visit us at eMarketCafe, where we will do our best to address them in the NDA program folder. Thank you.
