Jhon, we can’t really say that or the contrary. But we have take a note that still 15% their ROI since they started so it means still the program in a good shape. Their system works very good so I can say that many people are re-investing (if not all).
It all depends on the admins of the program. You also can make a note that Lemon has also a program that is running long ago.
But don’t forget: Invest what you can afford to lose.

lighthalzen hasnt made a payout since april 9th.seems to only be making selective payouts to cheerleaders and admins of monitors.not saying it is scam yet but use caution.this program has not proven anything to me yet.i feel the explosive growth has given the admins at lighthalzen alot of money on hand and i think right now they are deciding whether to rip us all off now or wait a little while longer
