KaOnline : Some Important Questions
September 27, 2006
Those qoutes have been collected from MMG forum, and we really believe that is very important:
Dear Ben,
If you’re monitoring HYIP arena recently you’ll know that this week is very frustating for many big program regarding the e-gold issue. In your past post you mention that you’ve contacted e-gold for doing DD on your document. Is it enough to prevent your e-gold to be frozen? It could be critical right now as your investor are going larger and deposit more money. I don’t want to hear in the future that you’re closing your business due to this kind of problem.
Very good question about e-gold being frozed, this is the excuse for most of the admins.
Another question:
I want to know, too. Ben, after all that happened to OffshoreClub.biz( a perfectly paying program for almost 2 years with a very cautious, intellegent, and honest Admin. It has a very sophisticated state of the art Security System, but DDOS attack still penetrated it and messed up its bank wire transfer system). What extereme precautions are you doing to safeguard KAonLine against all kinds of disaster from happening, Ben? I just want KAonLine to survive from even the worst disaster attack by criminals!!
I am just wondering why Kao is not categorized as hyip and based from its website which state it is fully registered nevis company but without scanned nevis certificate, I doubt it is a real company and for me it is not different from other hyips. Wire transfer is not the guarantee it is not hyip, as PIPS and OC have this wire transfer option. And where is the address ? Even PIPS dare to state its address and still categorized as HYIP
And this is the answer of our friend Ben Managing Director of KaOnline.
I was emailed the information on OSC by one of our clients. Hogwash. The Uniclear issue is true, however any offshore entity could have seen that coming from a mile away. ANy company dealing within this industry and the eGold to debit card or wire transfer to debit card industry not based offshore will run into problem eventually. Why do you think a giant like Paypal stays away? On the eGold issues, I have a hard time believing this as well. We have been using eGold and Omnipay since we launched, and they have our documents on file. eGold does not freeze accounts without a court order, they only impose balance limits. Without giving away how we manage our accounts, we have many safeguards in place should this or any similar situation occur, including but not limited to several eGold accounts held under corp. names other than KA ONLINE all with DD documents on file. We never hold more than a very small percentage of our total eGold deposits in anyone of these accounts at anytime.
The story regarding their bank accounts is also a bit odd. Where they banking within the EU or the USA? We bank out of a country with no ties to the EU or the USA or any other country where government intrusion is a daily occurance. We hold bank accounts in other countries, and the funds held in these accounts never exceeds 20% of our overall market value. The only time the accounts hold larger sums is on the 1st of every month in order to cover withdrawals. Again, we also have many other safeguards in place. We take our business seriously.
In response to the questions regarding our incorporation, we do indeed have our certificate posted, the link is in the SIM FAQ:

As far as a listed office, this has been covered. We are an unlicensed investment management company, having an office which is made public and allows walk in visitors is a death sentence. Honestly as you mentioned on another topic, having an office means nothing and most of the time is done to induce a false sense of security.
