KaOnline: Prolexic responds to our access issues

Problem Solved??

We just received a brief message from Prolexic that seems to be good news. They went ahead and debugged the traceroute information that was forwarded to them, a big thanks to those of who you sent in your screenshots, and dedugged several of their datacenters where it seemed that the connections were being lost. And they informed us that they did infact find something out of the ordinary and they fixed it.

A quote directly from the horse’s mounth, ‘ All domain access issues should be resolved..’

We Need Your Help Again

As mentioned above you should have no problems accessing the site via the www.kaonline.biz extension.

BUT, if you do run into a problem please send us the following via the S.I.M. System;

1. A copy or screenshot of the error you receive
2. Your IP address
3. A copy of screenshot of a traceroute from your computer to www.kaonline.biz

Let’s hope this is the last we will see of this problem.
