Q. Please introduce yourself to our readers?
I am Ryan Bland CEO of on-top-ads.com and have recently opened advertising-investment.com to allow others to take advantage of been the middle man in the advertising market.

Q. What can you tell us about Advertising-Investment staff?
We currently have four staff working for us, three of our staff are dedicated to the English devision with one of our staff running the Spanish devision.

Ryan Bland (Me), i make sure things run smoothly and spend most of my time on the live help desk, answering phone calls and testing new investment avenues. Jennifer West, the lady that helps me run things and is our team leader over at on-top-ads.com Josh West, he is the man that deals with our package purchases, overviews all contracts, watches market conditions and make sure we are the first ones to know when new highly profitable markets open up. Ivana, she is in charge of our Spanish devision and does any Spanish related work.
Q. Is Advertising-Investment registered anywhere? If yes, where and how can our readers contact you to verify registration?
Advertising Investment is register as our trading name, we have no relation what so ever to OTA Ltd who deal with all our advertising purchases. I am not sure on the process to get these documents, i think it is possible to download them off the New Zealand government site for
a small fee but i am not 100% sure.
Q. Can you explain more about your program (plans…) for newbies in this field?
We offer packages, with each package getting spent in a different market providing us with different returns on investment in different periods of time. Q. How are you different from other programs? Any kind of proofs?
We are currently the only program that takes advantage of the advertising market, if you compared us to other investment opportunities we have a lot of benefits over them. Ill list a few below.

Comodo verifies your identification, offers a SSL certs to ensure the top level of security. You can see a page with our Comodo trust logo on it (https://www.advertising-investment.com/indexcomdo.php), we removed this from all our web pages as it was causing slow loading.
Q. In the FAQ it says that you offer Phone Support, can you tell our readers what is the phone support number, and is there any real person who will answer? or a machine?
The phone number is on every page of our website on the left menu +64 6858 6901. We offer 24/7 phone support and a real person will answer the phone every time.
Q. How can you ensure the longevity of your program?
The market is in huge demand, we have contracts with a few agencies leading into 2012 and clients are more than happy with the results they have been seeing over the past two years.
Q. Nowadays, thanks to scammers people no longer trust in “Investment Programs”. How
do you plan to convince them of your honesty?
We don’t plan to convince anyone, your own judgment is the best and we let you ask question after question until you have confidence in us.
Q. Is Advertising-Investment a Ponzi scheme? How do you plan to pay your ROI?
No, your investment package is buying advertising off of our clients and agencies, we are then paid by our clients and that is the return on your investment package. We take a small commission charge however, this charge is already taken out of our flat return rates.
Q. How much experience do you have in obtaining gains from the revenue source?
I have been playing in the arena for about 8 years now and know it inside out, was around for the boom between 1995 – 2000 oh boy were those the days until of course the bust in 2000 that took a hit on most, i managed to survive through that and learned some valuable lessons from it.
Q. What happens when there are losses?
We work with local clients and prepaid deals with 80% of our funds, this ensures we will always return your investment package with a little bit of profit. We dedicate the other 20% of our funds into our high return investments that can at times be risky. We guarantee your nvestment
packs principal returned if we lose in our high return investments, we have never had significant losses in the two years we have been working with private investors.
Q. How do you handle negative publicity and/or posts?
If for some reason someone has something negative to say about us, we try and work out why they feel this way and work towards fixing the problem. We want our clients to be happy and will do anything in our power to make sure of this.
Q. How will you be able to guarantee your members that they will not lose their money?
We work with local and prepaid clients with 80% of there funds, this ensues that.
Q. There are currently many problems in the industry like egold blocking some admin accounts and DDoS attacks. How well are you prepared to face such obstacles?
We know how to get e-gold to unfreeze our account, but we don’t plan on getting it frozen in the first place . However in the case it gets frozen for no particular reason we have chatted to some e-gold staff to make sure that account will be safe and have sent them documents of
identification in advance.
Our script is built to deal with DDos attacks and the sort, with DDos protection security features also on our machines.
Encase we need to take legal action we work with a world wide lawyer firm.
Q. What are your goals for Advertising-Investment?
Our overall goal is working with public clients up until the point we have 5 million dollars worth of advertising package purchases, we then plan to go private so we don’t over stretch our market and end up pushing ourselves into a corner. As with any company we also have a lot of small goals like keeping our clients happy, you are what forms us and we want to always keep a smile on your face.
Q. We saw many programs that have “Compound” option available and it always hurt the program, because no “New” money is coming. Do you think this will affect your program? Why?
Why would it effect your investment package? Banks, private investment companies, public investment companies and just about any program that is not considered a Ponzi Scheme takes advantage of compounding there interest. We do this because when we have fixed funds, we can make long term investment that are a lot more profitable than short term, compounding is logical. Any program that needs new money coming in is a Ponzi Scheme.
Q. Can you explain to our readers about your web hosting services? Why there are no plans on the Hosting page?
We offer hosting over our clustered hosting solution. This offer is only available to serious companies and is very expensive but worth it for any site that wants to be ensured they will never have any downtime, if a server fails there are 3+ other servers to fall back on. We make a
hosting plan when you contact us, it is not a service we offer to everyone and only select respected clients.
Q. In the FAQ you mentioned about an entertainment site that your purchased for 8k, can you tell our readers what is/was this site?
Sorry but we are not able to disclose this, all our private deals are confidential for obvious reasons. If you become a private client you have to sign an agreement that you will not repeat or use any knowledge gained from us, that all information is confidential and can not be used
or repeated unless written consent is given.
Q. We have seen the “Payment Type” and you included “Wire transfer” can you explain how is the process if someone decides to go with Wire transfer?
We have full details on this within our members area, the process is very simple, you take our bank information down to your bank, select the amount you would like to purchase worth of our investment packs, include your username and plan in the memo and your bank will process this
within 5 working days and it will be added to your account.
Q. What kind of questions you often receive from your members?
All sorts, asking about there purchase, what package we recommend to suit there needs, if we accept other payment options or credit cards and i could go on all day long.
