Make Money Online Niche

Note: I am not an expert in Adwords I am just sharing my opinion and my experiences with niches to advertise in adwords.

It is amazing how the niche Make Money Online is so hard to compete. I was testing some words like:
Make Money Online
Making Money Online

and is amazing that paying $0.10 per click your position is between 50-60. Taking note that each page google serve 11 ads so it is like 5-6 pages that my ad will appear. How many users click on the next till page 5-6?

But Google Adwords will not work like this, based on per click price. They will look for good standing ads, that means ads that have a higher CTR will be at the top. But if you are new in adwords how to get higher CTR with a niche like this? My logic, (if someone has another can share it) is that bidding much higher than others to take my ad at the page one (top 1-2-3-4) and wishing that my ADs are really attractive so users can click on it.

Here is the risk, in make money online niche my guess is to bid at first like $2-$4 per click, so let’s be sure if this is true (Note, I am using the estimation tool of google adwords):

Daily Budget: $100
Cost per click: $2 - $3.01
It will be at the position 1-3. If you manage a good ad campaign you will need at least to spend $100-$500 to get enough clicks and start declining your cost per click.

So it is worth spending $2 to $3.01 per click to get your blog well-known (at the beginning)? No, I think that the best thing is using what I called the article marketing. Writting unique content to your blog/site and automatically users or bloggers will find you and link to you. So with a niche like this you will need to apply search engine optimization. This is another problem with a niche so competitive like this but it is worth.

Another 2 solutions will be: apply search engine optimization for similar “make money online” keywords for example: “make money online with blogs” which is less competitive, or test other ppc companies (there are many around).

Why is good to have a good ranking site or blog in a competitive niche?

When there is a competitive niche is because many people is interested in that niche, in this case many people are interested in making money online right? If you are listed at the top 10 at least in this niche you will have many visitors coming from the biggest search engines and for sure you will earn a lot of money using any method it can be contextual advertising (adsense, adbrite..) or affiliate programs.

I am not telling you open another blog or site with this niche, there is a lot sites about this niche.
