MyGcard: Problems

Yesterday when I wanted to load my Gcard I got problems loading saying “Invalid Gcard number or password” So, I emailed them and they answered the following:

Hello,

We are experiencing a temporary disruption of service from the external
banking network, which is currently affecting all loads and new card
activations. ATM transactions are still online.

The ISP server room was FLOODED and has temporarily disrupted service to
nearly half of the financial core in downtown Toronto. We expect this
technical issue to be resolved shortly.

Thousands of residents in Toronto remain without Internet, phone, and water.
The local authority and government try doing the best.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and we are working
diligently to reinstate full service as soon as possible.

So Gcard having problems at this time. Hope this will be solved soon.
