Goldex experience review

This experience has finished today, after 3 months of trying to contact goldex, several bank accounts, US accounts, speedywallet, etc.. trying to solve my problem. When problems of e-gold started inmediatly I started to move 80% of my e-gold to cash. Never had a problem with goldex before and that was my best choice, so I moved 80% of my e-gold with goldex.

Order Date: 05-10-2007

I made the order, after 2-3 days I received an email that my funds was completed. I was happy, I went to my ATM and withdraw the money. But what a surprise! It said declined. Then I checked the balance of my card, and the money was not there. I came at home and emailed them. Next day, I received a reply that my money was there. Then went again to my ATM and checked my balance and was there. Wow that was cool! then I tried to withdraw and my surprise one of the ATM answers, Declined transaction.

Then tried another one (10km) from the current ATM. Again the same problem. I came to home and emailed them. No answer from them till the 3rd day. They told me that there is no problem with it. I thought that the ATM’s network here was down, so traveled to the capital, and tried like 10 ATM’s there. Still the problem.

Came again to Goldex and sent an email. Marco said that he checked my card and there were not any declined transaction. That was wired. The ATM machines here said that declined but in the card there are no declined transactions. My next movement is to go to my bank manager and tell this story and see what is really happening. In conclusion of the bank manager is that the card can’t be withdraw here, but that is not true because I did it before.

That was crazt, in one way the goldex support team is so SLOW, and no real answer from the bank or goldex.

Anyways, after the weeks passed, no answer from goldex, no help from any third-party (bank). I decided to make an account with the company that goldex got the cards. Speedywallet.com, I checked my card account there and everything was fine. They have a choice to withdraw the money through US bank account/ Canada Bank Account. I was like, that was my last choice.

The days come and I was a little patient to see what will happen with my money, checking e-gold industry how it is resolving their problem, how can I invest in my online business with e-gold and get the most profits from it (not autosurf or hyips). Then I got it last month. I wanted e-gold!! so after a month of testing this business with my small amount of e-gold that I had. It is working.

So I came with an Idea to goldex to send me the money back to my e-gold account. I did it last 2 weeks. The process was done in 2 weeks (of course I emailed them and replied to their tickets 2-3 times consecutive without answers). Let’s see some con’s and pro’s using goldex.

Pro’s using Goldex:
- Goldex proved to me that they are not scammers. If they are they will not send my money back to e-gold.
- They are becoming one of the biggest exchangers companies.
- They did not make any higher fees when e-gold problems came. Like other companies getting this opportunity to scam their customers with some extra fees.

Con’s using Goldex:
- Support is the worst that I have used before. If you don’t have a strong heart don’t use goldex you will have your heart attack waiting for their answers.
- They don’t have any phone support. Their msn support is always away, but you can leave a message with them.
- If they don’t know the answer for your problem/ question. They will not answer your ticket.

Remember, an online business is difficult to manage, but knowing that this online company is not scammers you can feel good.

Recommendations to goldex:

- Improve your support system, is not good to the customer wait 4-10 days or not getting answers from customers quesitons.
- Make a system where users can withdraw from their debit card to e-gold or any other e-currency. Mygcard had that and was a great option.

With all this process I have lost $500 in fees from e-gold to debit card and debit card to e-gold. But for me is ok, better than lose everything.
