WiredSurf Overdue Payments: May 20th or earlier

We are getting down to the end of the wire here and for the FIRST time we are requesting for anyone who is due a payment from May 20th or before to submit a ticket with the following information:

WS username
E-gold account number

This is to help us quickly finish up with the outdated payments and also to ensure we pay the correct e-gold. (because so many have been hacked or have changed their e-gold numbers over the last month the information we have in your pending payment file might be outdated. Remember even if you update it in your members profile IF you already had a pending payment we won’t see this new information until your next payment is due).

Send your tickets into ONLY the new OVERDUE PAYMENTS folder (that is a temporary place for this sort of thing). Please be sure to submit it ONLY into this department on our help desk and include the information we requested above.

We are releasing a progress report on Sunday (that gives us time to finish the compound requests and provide a solid, updated report), so please submit your tickets as soon as possible BUT only if your payment is pending from May 20th or earlier.

The rest of you will be paid shortly, so please continue to be patient.
