That is funny what I got from Compact Forum the author is Dust, an ex-moderator from Phoenix Surf:

Regular support (we all know what that is like!) – FREE ??

Silver Support (high priority tickets, live online support) $39.95

Gold Support (high priority tickets, live online support, phone support) $69.95

My question is this: Are NME’s programs so full of problems that you would actually need to pay $39.95 – $69.95 for support???

Not sure if that is a monthly fee or a one time fee.

Also, if you think the phone support is going to be where you phone into a call center, you are sadly mistaken!!

However, before you get upset, remember that this will be an income opportunity for you!

I’m sure glad CompactSurfing give great support for FREE!!!

That’s funny how Phoenix Surf has turned as a Greedy program. Paying for support? as you said Dust, Long live to Compact Surfing! Great support from Nvus, Med, Luuk, Joanne, and others!
