FirstComeFirstSurf: Missing Earnings Corrected

Date July 6, 2007

Site: [www.firstcomefirstsurf.com]
Good News!

I have been working all morning with my programmer to get the missing earnings
for surfing on July 3rd & July 4th credited to July 4th & July 5th. As of now,
we have determined that all accounts have been properly credited with the
exception of those members who purchased ad packs on June 15.

These member’s ad packs were supposed to expire on July 5th but they
inadvertently received an extra day of earnings on July 6th. This was caused by
the site’s earnings calculation process or “cron job” running today before these
members earned the full 115% rebate that they were eligible for. The system
internally thought they would never receive credit on July 4th & July 5th for
surfing July 3rd & July 4th so allowed them to earn for that day. After the
earnings corrections were made this morning, we didn’t take into account that
members ad packs were supposed to expire on July 5th.

At this point, we will need to manually update all accounts that have ad packs
purchased for June 15th and were credited an extra day. This process should be
completed by the end of the day so if you purchased an ad pack on June 15th and
notice your earnings change, this will be the reason. Additionally, members who
requested cash out of extra money they weren’t entitled to will only be paid the
correct amount they are due. We recommend that these members refrain from
requesting cash out until their accounts have been corrected. Another
announcement will be made when this is complete. Members who did not purchase ad
packs on June 15th will not be affected by any of this.

I know it sounds a bit complicated to understand what happened so if anyone
needs further clarification or feel your earnings are still incorrect after we
make our announcement, please feel free to contact me.
