Type of Program: Autosurf

Date: April 25, 2007

Q. First I would like to thank you for the time you are giving for this interview. Please introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Mike Wilburn and I am the Administrator of FirstComeFirstSurf.com My background is business administration and marketing with experience spanning over 25 years. I have been involved the paid to surf industry since the early days of 12dailypro and have actively been involved since then One of my main objectives has been to guide my personal downlines and help them become successful in this industry.

Q. What is your position in FirstComeFirstSurf?

I am the Administrator of FirstComeFirstSurf handling all the day to day operations of the site including member support, site functionality, back end control of the funds, managing outside revenue streams, and most everything else necessary to keep the site going.

Q. What can you tell us about FirstComeFirstSurf staff?

There isn’t really any additional full time staff at this point, per se. However, I have enlisted the help of a few close friends and associates to assist me in certain areas.

Q. How do you intend to promote FirstComeFirstSurf?

The site has pretty much promoted itself since launch, especially since members found out that we pay them each time they send unique visitors to their referral links. Member support has been positive on the forums as well. We will also be adding a few select monitors to our site and plan to do a few more interviews.

Q. How is FirstComeFirstSurf different from other programs based on the profit sharing model that did not last long?

Mainly because we have designed and implemented safeguards that will prevent failure in the first place. Some include not having daily cashouts and compounding, not allowing uncontrolled growth, not promising returns that cannot be realistically obtained through both inside and outside income streams over a substantial period of time, allowing members to subscribe to various memberships depending on how they intend to use our program, top of the line server through Rackspace capable of effortlessly handling tens of thousands of members simultaneously, new incentives, never before seen in the industry, that will keep our members promoting us for a long time.

To clarify, FirstComeFirstSurf is sharing a portion of site “revenue”, not “profit” as other programs. This means that member rebates are accounted for FIRST before any money is taken out of the system for other expenses. Another words, if the program has calculated and added a rebate of 6% or any other percent to your cash balance, that money has fully been accounted for and is available to pay because their is no manipulation of statistics or misappropriation of funds here.

For more information about why we are different, you can always visit our “About us” page: http://firstcomefirstsurf.com/module.php?mod=otherpage&page=about_us

Q. Using one sentence, why would you advise our readers to join FirstComeFirstSurf?

We have the most competitive advertising rates going, and the traffic to back it up.

Q. We know you are a registered company. Can members visit your office? What other types of support are available?

Unfortunately, my office is not a retail location where members can come and visit us. For now, we offer support via email and ticket system. Eventually, we may offer more options for support.

Q. Being a program admin yourself, what do you think of the excuses admins usually provide for closing their programs? (Excuses like my mom is at the hospital, or I am very sick? ;) )

I think some admins make up excuses so they don’t have to admit failure. If any un-favorable situations arise in my program, I will be upfront and work with everyone to resolve those situations.

Q. Can you explain more about your program (plans, history,…) for newbies in this field?

For anyone not familiar with paid surfing and revenue sharing programs, the basic concept is that you are purchasing ad packs to advertise your favorite websites or affiliate program links in our surfing rotator. Each rotator credit you obtain from purchasing ad packs equals one visit from another member to your website. This is how you could easily drive guaranteed traffic and possible signups or sales for the sites you advertise. Additionally, you could also view other member’s websites in the same surfing rotator to potentially earn rebates on your own purchase based on site and outside revenue.

We have written out extensive FAQs, About Us Page, and Member subscriptions page with extensive details about the site for newbies:

Q. Do you plan to accept more payment processors in the future?

Not at this time. However, I do have a plan to implement some sort of solution once I am established for members that do not wish to use e-Gold but additional details will not be released at this time.

Q. Why we can not earn credits while we are surfing?

Surf rotator credits are the very product we are selling when you purchase ad packs from us. If we were to give them away for free, then the site would have no sales. Thus, members would not obtain rebates from their ad pack purchases.

Q. What are your future plans/changes in the program?

Unfortunately, I can not reveal this info until we get closer to implementing and fine tuning future program improvements, Other program admins may possibly use our ideas and implement them in their own programs. First we will need to establish ourselves as a prominent entity in this industry. I want to be the leader, not appear as a follower.

Q. How can you ensure the longevity of your program?

Controlling growth down to the very dollar. We have developed a way to gradually control daily Ad-pack purchases to ensure we will not accept more business than we can handle. Once ad-packs are sold out for the day, they are gone. No exceptions.

Q. Nowadays, thanks to scammers people no longer trust in Autosurfs. How do you plan to convince them of your honesty?

My current company reputation speaks for itself. Try finding ANYTHING bad about CentsibleAmusements and First Coast Internet Marketing, Inc. I don’t believe you will be able to. That should show my character and honesty. I am being as open with my members as I can possibly be. No private WHOIS info no fake names and address. All our information is verifiable as I have nothing to hide.

Q. Is FirstComeFirstSurf a Ponzi scheme? How do you plan to pay your ROI?

No. As planned, ad pack rebates issued are inline with all our revenue streams combined and continuing at this pace will allow the program to operate for an indefinite amount of time. Although I cannot divulge our formula for success and the exact specifics of how these revenues are generated to provide ad pack rebates, I can tell you that access to additional capital will allow us to grow our main company and other offline business ventures to levels that were not possible before. This in turn, will actually help our multiple businesses succeed simultaneously.

Q. How much experience do you have in obtaining gains from the revenue source?

I have 18 years experience in running my own company and an additional 7 years running other people’s businesses. That’s 25 years total.

Q. What happens when there are losses?

There is actually no loss that occurs when someone purchases ad packs or other forms of advertising on our site. The “advertising” product will always be delivered without fail. If a member is not here to purchase advertising or has nothing to promote, I would advise these people to not purchase rotator ad packs from our program. The potential for Ad pack rebates will always depend on site revenue and additional outside revenue derived from utilizing capital acquired through our program.

Q. How do you handle negative publicity and/or posts?

I haven’t seen any. I would have to probably laugh at someone saying something that wasn’t true. If it was true I would admit it. Everyone is not perfect and what is the harm in admitting if you did something wrong or made an error? Honesty goes a long way.

Q. There are many risks and obstacles facing any program in the industry nowadays. How well are you prepared to face these obstacles?

I’m not absolutely sure about what “risks” you are referring to. However, we have already handled various obstacles involving the getting the site to the point where it is now and we are prepared to handle any other obstacles that may arise in the future.

Q. What are your goals for FirstComeFirstSurf?

To be the #1 advertising source on the internet. The be the program that everyone will try to imitate.

Q. What kind of questions you often receive from your members?

There have been so few legitimate problems or questions I cant even think of one. Believe it or not, most support tickets and contact requests have been about trying to sell me one thing or another [such as paid votes or positive paid forum posts] to “help” the program. I would never resort to paying or forcing anyone to do things like that for my program.

Q. What do you think about eTalkMoney.com in general eTalk Network?

Honestly, I just learned about eTalkMoney.com when you sent me this interview. It seems as if you have done several interviews in the past with other admins so I’m glad you approached me about my program. This will help all your readers understand my program and me better than before.

Q. Would you like to add anything?

I think your questions pretty much cover all the important points. However, if you or anyone else have any additional questions, feel free to ask any time.
