Compact Surfing review after 3 months

Time to make a review for compact surfing after 3 months alive. As you all know reviews will be based on bad and good points by their own members (forums, chat & emails that we recieved asking for help & Opinions).

This is the last Newsletter from Compact Surfing:

1. Approximately 1000 pending cashout requests will be processed today.
Please be reminded of the payment terms, and that I have allowed the
payment department up to 7 calendar days to process cashout requests,
though we will do our best to process them in 48 hours, though this is a
fast time frame and no one should complain as the latest pending
requests are 3 to 4 days old, still well within the 7 calendar day time frame.
2. Allow me to explain why I was absent from the forums for the better
part of yesterday. I was not feeling well and since I am the
administrator who oversees all departments (support, payment department, etc.) I
was not in the office to manage. As such, payments were not made until
I returned today. Nvus, GM for the Network, covered for me and was
available for over 12 hours on both the Compactforum and our CS thread in
MMG, and I want to thank him and the rest of the support staff for being
there for all of you, the members. The Compact Network administration
is not managed for the sake of scamming all of you, and I hope after 3
months of hard work and dedication you all realize this by now.
3. Integration to allow upgrades and cashouts for Compactsurfing
through Compactpay will be completed in the next 24 to 48 hours, and the
Shopping Cart Interface and other features will be available as well. I
realize that I stated that this would all be finished at the latest by
this past Monday, but after the hard work the programmers did last week to
ensure the debut of Compactpay, they had the weekend off and myself and
the tech team have dedicated the past several days to catching up.
Thank you all for your support and patience while we worked to finalize
this.
4. Compactpay Sign Ups: The support staff has informed me that several
members have been signing up for Compactpay but have not recieved their
activation emails with their account numbers. Please sign up with
Compactpay providing a yahoo or gmail address; do not use
hotmail/aol/safe-mail as they block registration emails. I know for a fact that members
who use yahoo usually do not have any problems. For all support related

5. Compactpay User Guide: This has been prepared for all of you to
refer to about questions and answers on how to navigate your Compactpay

6. Pending Support Tickets will be addressed quickly and all members
are free to register at our own forum, http://www.compactforum.com, to
speak with Support Staff who will continue to be there as they always
have been 7 days a week to assist.
7. I have stated many times that I aim to establish Compactsurfing for
the long term and by now I hope you see for yourselves the amount of
work that has been and will continue to be put in to ensure that CS
remains at the forefront of Auto Surf Programs, setting a higher standard in

8. Expect further updates soon. I hope that all of you who are paid
will post in our public forum threads and in the Compactforum and remind
members that we are paying and we are not going anywhere. Share with
your friends and colleagues about Compactsurfing, as I have worked to form
a reputable, stable auto surf program backed by a Network of sites to

9. A reminder about the poetry contest: submissions will be accepted
until 00:00 EST Monday, June 12, 2006. Over 300 poems have already been
submitted to rewards@compactsurfing.com ; myself and the rest of the
admin team will judge the poems and credit the following rewards to the
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place members: 60 ad units, 40 ad units, and 20 ad

 Bad Points from members and from eTalkMoney
1. With the terms it says 7 days (calendar days) not 7 business days. Business days is counted from mon-fri, so is longer the 7 calendar days. Our members critics is that a professional company should know their terms very well to make a miss understanding like this.

2. About Sickness: From our experiences we have heard about “sickness admin, a dead in their family, etc…) and turned not true. We all know that Luuk is human, but when we came compact network as a professional and big company we think there is just one admin on Compact Network? What happen if Luuk is sick for 1 week? What happen to Olivia and Nicholas? If they are admin as well why they can’t handle the payments?. I don’t think one admin in a big company as compact network should be good.

3. Contact: For me is very important about support of a program. As you remembered (for our old readers), I took my money out from fx-experts the simple reason that Marcos was away from his Messenger and have been contact him and no answer for 2 weeks. Now the same thing is happening with Luuk, before he was very active but at the same time when he is online is ignoring my messages, ok we all know that “busy times” but also we know as a professional person you have to message back your customers questions, at least next day or any other day. My point is that if he can’t handle their customers through messenger so is better to not give your MSN for your customers.

4. We have asked Luuk to make an interview with us even Nvus and they promise and agree to make an interview but till now, no answer no reply no nothing. The interview will be based on what is going on right now (not a normal introduction interview).

5. What I’m dissapointed is in this point:

The Toll Free number works only in the USA. The Main Office number works worldwide Smile Some people need to add digits in the front of what you see there to make an international call out of their country, so you might want to check that.

The phone number that we can call Luuk is from USA not from Panama. Also he stated that is ONE of the adminS so he should have a backup when he is sick to make payouts. “We are 12 people at this moment. Myself, Nicholas and Olivia are the admins”

We are not telling this is a scam, but we are telling that Compact Surfing is not as transparent as they told their members, there still some confusing (Holes) questions. That’s why we want to make an interview with Luuk (or any other 2 admins) to clear those points out.

Good Points from members & eTalkMoney:

1. Compact Surfing has developed what they promise in their network (not completed but in the way). As they promised Compact Surfing, CompactPay, Compact Search Engine, Compact Heart (which we read on forums that they are calling some members asking if they are interested in their off-shore offers) & Compact Web Space.
2. Nvus a great support on forums (Before was much better with Luuk).

3. Anti-DDDOS protection on their server. Prolexic protection is one of the best protection services over the net (and not cheap).

4. Bank Wire Transfer. I read somewhere else that bank wire transfer is an Estonia Bank acccount.

5. Any problem, a user can contact them through CompactContacts.com and can be solved. Never tried their support answer and solving timeframe but soon we will send them an email as anonymous, to check their timeframe to answer and fix problems.

We hope to receive more emails from our members regarding any problem, suggestion, opinion or anything else that we can help. We have been asked to make a fair review for compact surfing telling us that we support this program (cheerleading..) and we don’t talk the truth about this program, after we received so many emails regarding this subject we decided to make a research and ask question as I did in Compact Forum.
