False warning on alertpaypro

Date June 11, 2006

I was reading in No BS HYIP blog, about the warning of alertpaypro, and I’m really against that. They are not closing the forum but the section “support” on the forum. This is not a red flag, on the contrary this way they can manage support in a professional way. Supporting in a forum is just a mess (against it). This is what Jude posted:

Surfs are now taking over HYIPs by storm and in this case, scam levels went up as well.

AlertPayPro (http://www.alertpaypro.com/) has one of the most hideous green site that I’ve ever seen (pun intended), and a warning since I’ve just came across a comment from kyteflyer, one of our blogmaster, and moderator of GoldenTalk forums.

Another red flag for this mob: just got a member email, seems like they are closing their forum and only using the standard form for support issues. Glad I never put money in. If I could work out where, in amongst the glitzy flashing bits and pieces, I could delete my account… I would.
Get out of AlertPayPro if you can or if you haven’t join, don’t.

I’m a free member here because I don’t have an account with alertpay, and also I’m not cheerleading this program, but we have to make valid and invalid points in autosurf’s and hyip’s. Claiming something that is not true is unprofessional :)

Another thing thats good is to acknowledge when you have made a mistake. I did, so it would also be good if you would acknowledge that, here, too.

Unfortunately I cannot access the noBShyip blog as often as I want to, so I cannot post any retraction there…its a shame I was quoted, really.

    Thank you

    Hello,
Rob from AlertPayPro here. First of all, we never closed our support area of the forum. It is still open. What we did was create an internal support system so members can submit support tickets right from their members area without the troubles of creating a seperate forum account and waiting for support over there. With an internal support system you info is kept private and support is now done in under 24hours as opposed to our old system which took up to 3 days sometimes. Wow, if people would actually take the time to read their emails they would see that we actually did this to help members so that you could in fact submit MORE support tickets. Who in there right mind would close off support?

    Regards,
    Rob

kyteflyer, what you mean that we ignored your comment?

I felt that it was important (since I am the one being pointed at here) that it be cleared up that I acknowledged my mistake within minutes of having made the post which was quoted.

It would have been nice if you and Rob had acknowledged that. But its ok. I can live with it, now I know that at least you might be paying *some* attention.
