Ok this problem was solved, and Dave himself have posted:
Sonitta,
1. If your post was deleted it would have been because you have not adhered to the rules of the forum. Account specific questions are to be directed to me via the contact link.2. I am fixing your problem now.
3. You did not submit a support ticket 5 days ago, or if you did you chose the wrong subject heading. For over a week now we have had an improved contact system whereby you can choose the subject, so that I can prioritise the emails. There are no “I have been paid but the amount is wrong” emails outstanding at the moment. They are always given highest priority.

So Dave, solved Sonitta’s problems and it seems also that Sonitta did not write the appropiate subject so Dave can help her/him immediatly.
